Installing the Base Frame

  1. Place the base frame on the computer.
  2. Tighten the screw to secure the base frame to the computer.
  3. Route the display cable to the slot.
  4. Connect the display cable.
  5. Press the tab until the display cable is secured.
  6. Tighten the screw.
  7. Connect the hard drive connector and affix the adhesive tape.
  8. Flip the computer and tighten the screw that secures the palmrest assembly.
  9. Install:
    1. keyboard

    2. system fan

    3. hard drive

    4. battery

    5. base cover

  10. Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your computer .
