Installing the microSIM-card tray
Prerequisites
If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.
About this task
The following images indicate the location of the microSIM-card tray and provide a visual representation of the installation procedure.
Steps
- Insert a pin into the microSIM-card tray release hole to release the microSIM-card tray.
- Push the pin to disengage the lock, and eject the microSIM-card tray.
- Align and place the microSIM card in the microSIM-card slot on the microSIM-card tray.
- Slide the microSIM-card tray into the microSIM-card tray slot on the computer, and push it to lock in place.
