Removing the camera

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer .
  2. Remove the:
    1. battery

    2. display panel

  3. To remove the camera:
    1. Disconnect the camera cable from the assembly [1].
    2. Remove the screws that secure the camera to the display panel [2].
    3. Remove the adhesive tapes [3].
    4. Lift and remove the camera from the computer [4].
