Installing the heatsink assembly
Steps
- Place the heatsink assembly on the system board and align the screw holes on the heatsink with the screw holes on the system board [1].
- Replace the two (M2x3) screws that secure the fan section of the heatsink assembly to the system board.
- In sequential order (as indicated on the heatsink), tighten the six
(M2x3) screws that secure the heatsink assembly to the system board [2].
- Connect the system fan cable from the connector on the system board.
