Installing the fan
Prerequisites
About this task
The figure indicates the location of the fan assembly and provides a visual representation of the installation procedure.
Steps
- Place the fan onto the mounting points on the palmrest on the computer and install the two (M2x2) screws.
- Route the antenna cables along the cable management routes on the fan and connect the cables to the WLAN card.
- Install the two (M2x2) screws onto the fan and secure it in place.
- Route the IO board cable along the cable management route on the fan and connect it to the system board.
