Installing the power-adapter port
Prerequisites
If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.
About this task
The following images indicate the location of the power-adapter port and provide a visual representation of the installation procedure.
Steps
- Align and place the power-adapter port on the system board.
- Connect the power-adapter port cable to the connector on the system board.
- Gently press the right display hinge in downward direction towards the system.
- Align the screw holes on the right display hinge with the screw holes on the system.
- Replace the two screws (M2.5x4) to secure the right display hinge to the system.
