Removing the display panel

1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the:
   1. Micro SD
   2. base cover
   3. battery
   4. WLAN card
   5. WWAN card
   6. display assembly
3. To release the display panel:
   1. Pry the display panel from the display hinges [1].
   2. Push the display hinges from the recesses at the bottom edge [2].
   3. Work your way around the edges to release the display panel [3,4].
   
4. Flip the display panel.
   
5. Disconnect the cables:
   1. G-sensor cable [1].
   2. Peel the tape that secures the display cable [2].
   3. Lift the metal tab that secures the display cable [3].
   4. Disconnect the display cable from the display panel.
