Drive Support Package (DSP)

PowerScale Technical Support provides Drive Support Packages for download from the Dell support site. DSPs provide firmware updates to the drives within your PowerScale node.

PowerScale drive support packages contain drive firmware updates for Isilon clusters and PowerScale clusters. Installing the latest drive support package allows you to update the drive firmware to the latest supported revisions.

The following nodes support the DSP:

  • A300, A3000, F200, F210, F600, F710, F900, F910, H700, H7000 (PowerScale nodes)
  • A200, A2000, F800, F810, H400, H500, H600, H5600 (Generation 6 nodes)
  • X210 (Generation 5 nodes)
