Terminology

The following terms are used in this document.

  • Ready to Ship (RTS)—Ready to Ship, also known as Ready to Sell.
  • End of Life (EOL)—The date after which a product offering is discontinued and the model number of the equipment or software is removed from pricing and quoting systems.
  • End of Service Life (EOSL)—The date after which Support is discontinued for a product offering.
  • End of Standard Support (EOSS)—The date after which Standard support (Basic, ProSupport, ProSupport MC, ProSupport Plus) is no longer available.
  • To Be Announced (TBA)—The date for a product life-cycle category is still to be announced.

This guide contains information about current software releases that are available for PowerScale OneFS, OneFS software modules, and PowerScale firmware packages.
