Manually rebalance IP addresses
You can manually rebalance a specific IP address pool or all of the pools on the external network.
You must activate a SmartConnect Advanced license.

To manually rebalance IP addresses in a pool:
- Optional:
To identify the name of the IP address pool you want to rebalance, run the following command:
isi network pools list

Run the
isi network pools rebalance-ips command.
Specify the pool ID you want to modify in the following format:
<groupnet_id>.<subnet_name>.<pool_name>
The following command rebalances the IP addresses in pool5 under groupnet1.subnet 3:isi network pools rebalance-ips groupnet1.subnet3.pool5
- Type yes at the confirmation prompt.
