isi hdfs inotify settings modify

Enable INotify on the HDFS access zone.

Syntax

isi hdfs inotify settings modify
  [--enabled {yes | no}]  
  [--help <string>]
  [--maximum-delay <string>]
  [--retention <string>]
  [--verbose | -v]
  [--zone <string>]

Options

--enabled {yes | no}
Allows access to FSImage and starts FSImage generation. The HDFS FSImage service is disabled by default. This service should only be enabled on a Hadoop-enabled access zone that will use Cloudera Navigator.
--help <string>
Display help for this command.
--maximum-delay <string>
The maximum duration until an edit event is reported in INotify.
--retention <string>
The minimum duration edits will be retained.
--verbose | -v
Display more detailed information.
--zone <string>
The access zone to which the HDFS settings apply.
