Delete a channel
You can delete channels that you created.
You will not be able to delete a channel that is currently in use by an alert. Remove a channel from an alert by running the isi event alerts modify command.
- Optional:
To identify the name of the channel that you want to delete, run the following command:
isi event channels list

Delete a channel by running the
isi event channels delete command.
The following example command deletes the alert named Support:
isi event channels delete Support
The name of the channel is case-sensitive. - Type yes to confirm deletion.
