Create a writable snapshot
You can create a writable snapshot from a read-only source snapshot.
This task supposes that you previously created a source snapshot that is named media-snap from the /ifs/data/media directory.
Run the
isi snapshot writable create command.
The following command creates a writable snapshot from the source snapshot
media-snap:
isi snapshot writable create media-snap /ifs/wsnap_mediasnap
OneFS creates modifiable copies of the
media-snap snapshot, including all subdirectories and files.
