PowerScale OneFS 9.6.x.x Web Administration Guide
Generate a license
To generate the license file, go to Dell Technologies Software Licensing Central (SLC).
Prerequisites
Copy the GUID from the Licensing section of Cluster management to enter into the Software Activation wizard.
Steps
- Click Activate to open the Software Activation wizard and follow the steps.
- Enter your license activation code (LAC).
- Under Enter Details, select the capacity and enter the cluster ID.
- Click Review.
- Click Create file.
- Click Accept.

Download activation file.
Save the activation file to the local machine.

Click
Complete process.
Now that you have a copy of the activation file on your local machine, you can upload it to OneFS Cluster management.
