Creating a live Performance report

Creates custom live Performance reports.

1. In the InsightIQ web application, click the Performance Reporting tab.
2. Click Create a New Performance Report.

   The Create a New Performance Report report template view appears.

3. To create the Live Performance report, specify a template.

   Option	Description
   Create a live Performance report from a template that is based on the default settings.	In the Select a Starting Point for Your Performance Report section, click Create from Blank Report.
   Create a live Performance report based on a Saved Performance report.	In the Saved Performance Reports section, click a saved report.
   Create a live Performance report based on one of the standard reports.	In the Standard Reports section, click the name of a Standard report.    The Create a New Performance Report view appears.

4. In the Build Your New Performance Report section, in the Performance Report Name field, type a name for the Performance report.
5. Select the Live Performance Reporting checkbox.
   NOTE If you also want to create a performance report schedule with the same properties as this Live Performance report, select both the Live Performance Reporting and Scheduled Performance Report checkboxes.
6. In the Select the Data You Want to See section, specify the Performance modules that you want to include in the report.

   Option	Description
   Add a Performance module	In any unassigned Performance module area, from the Select a Module for this Position drop-down list, select a performance module. If all existing Performance module areas are assigned, at the bottom of the section, click Add another performance module.
   Modify a Performance module	In an assigned Performance module area, from the Performance module drop-down list, select a different Performance module.
   Delete a Performance module	In an assigned Performance module area, click Delete this performance module.

   Repeat this step for each performance module that you want to include.

7. Complete the Performance report.

   • If you want to save the report but continue editing it, click Save.

   • If you want to save the report and then immediately apply the report to a monitored cluster and view the results, click Finish.
