Specify a local datastore

To configure InsightIQ to keep the datastore on a local drive, follow these steps:

  1. Click Local Datastore.
  2. Specify the path of the local datastore.
    OptionDescription
    For a virtual machine In the Datastore Path field, type /datastore.
    For a local drive In the Datastore Path field, type the path of an empty directory on the Linux computer.
  3. Click Submit.
