InsightIQ system requirements
To run InsightIQ, the environment must meet cluster, licensing, browser, and datastore requirements.
OneFS
The monitored cluster must be running OneFS 8.0.0 or later.
Support for PowerScale OneFS 9.2 or later requires InsightIQ 4.1.4.60 Patch 2021-04 .
InsightIQ can be used with clusters that run versions of OneFS earlier than 8.0.1. However, InsightIQ includes features that OneFS versions earlier than 8.0.1 do not support.
OneFS versions 8.2.0 and later are still supported with some limitations. To learn more, see InsightIQ feature compatibility with OneFS in the InsightIQ User Guide.
To use the File System Analytics feature with OneFS versions later than 8.0.0, enable the NFS service and ports 111, 300, 302, 304, and 2049 on all monitored clusters. The File System Analytics feature is enabled by default on OneFS versions 8.0.0 and later.
InsightIQ port
Enable the port through which web browsers connect to InsightIQ over HTTPS or HTTP. By default, this setting is port 443 for HTTPS and port 80 for HTTP. For information about modifying this port, see the InsightIQ User Guide.

You can access the Isilon InsightIQ application using any of the following browsers:
- Google Chrome v87.0.4280.66.
- Microsoft Edge v87.0.664.47
- Apple Safari v13.0.3
- Mozilla Firefox v78.5.0esr (64-bit)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.590.17134.0
The InsightIQ web application interface is optimized for a screen that is 1,280 pixels wide.
Environment requirements
Installation and upgrade should be performed on a system with an unmodified /etc/profile.
