You can view workload latency, workload IOPS, workload CPU time, workload throughput, or workload L2/L3 cache hits in workloads across different metrics within the Partition Performance report.
For this example, you are trying to determine which protocol is responsible for high CPU usage on the cluster.
Click the
Performance Reporting tab.
On the
Live Performance Reporting page, click the
Cluster drop-down and select the cluster that you want to monitor.
Click the
Report Type drop-down and select
Partition Performance.
In the
Date Range fields, select a range to display, and then click
View Report.
The date range should include the time where you want to compare performance between workloads. The default setting is to view the last hour of data.
The modules in the report are now populated with data for the cluster and date range that you selected.
In the
Workload Latency module, check for workloads with the highest latency during the date range specified.
Click to select the workload with the highest latency.
All applicable modules in the report are now showing information that is focused on the workload you selected, and data from all other workloads are removed from the modules.
To remove focus, click the service filter button at the top of the module.
With the information you gathered, you can determine which workload is causing the most latency on your cluster.
