View the status of InsightIQ.

About this task

The upper-right corner of the InsightIQ web interface displays an at-a-glance view of the InsightIQ Status.

The status of InsightIQ is indicated by color:

  • Green: Normal. InsightIQ is operating normally.
  • Yellow: Warning. At least one nonfatal error has occurred.
  • Red: Alert! InsightIQ could not perform normal operations and will not collect additional data until the issue is resolved.

For more detailed information about the InsightIQ status, perform the following steps:

  1. In the InsightIQ web application, click the Settings tab.
  2. Click Status on the Settings ribbon.
  3. On the InsightIQ Status page, view the status of InsightIQ.
