Procedure

  1. Remove the screws that secure the drive cage to the chassis.
  2. Press the tab and slide the drive cage outward.

  3. Disconnect the fan cable from the system board.
  4. Remove the screws that secure the fan to heat sink.
  5. Lift the fan, along with its cable, off the heat sink.
