Procedure

  1. Disconnect the microphone and camera cable from the system board.
  2. Note the microphone and camera cable routing and remove the cable from its routing guides on the display-assembly base.
  3. Follow the procedure from step 4 to step 7 in ” Removing the camera ".
  4. Lift the microphone board at an angle off the display bezel.
  5. Disconnect the microphone and camera cable from the microphone board.
