Installing the system fan
Prerequisites
About this task
The following images indicate the location of the system fan and provides a visual representation of the installation procedure.
Steps
- Align and place the fan on the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
- Replace the two screws (M2x5) to secure the fan to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
- Connect the fan cable to the connector on the system board .

- Replace the base cover.
- Exit service mode.
- Replace the SD card.
