    Description
    vMedia performance may be degraded when using it in Shared LOM mode with the QLogic QL41000 series OCP3 adapters with firmware version 15.15.11 and later.
    Workaround
    Use a different LOM card or downgrade firmware version of QL41000 adapter.

  2. Degraded crash and boot log video quality
    Description
    Displays rendering at higher resolution such as 1152x864, 1280x800, 1280x1024, 1400x900, 1600x900, 1600x1200, 1680x1050, 1920x1080, or 1920x1200 may cause a degradation in video quality.

    Change the display resolution to 1024x768 or lower.
