Cleared Virtual Addresses returning
- Description
- Reenabling the Virtual address (Auxiliary or Non-Auxiliary) by setting the reboot type to Warm Reset or Cold Reset, or AC-Power Loss, the last address that the virtual address was configured with, returns even if it was cleared previously.
- Workaround
- Perform any of the following:
- Disable and reenable IOIDOpt attribute (iDRAC.IOIDOpt.IOIDOptEnable) and then perform any reboot (warm/cold/AC power).
- Disable or clear all the persistence policies by deselecting all the reboot types (warm/cold/ac) and reboot the system.
