AEP not enabling for a 4 socket system

Description
AEP, like other persistent memory requires extra power. iDRAC blocks the arming of the the persistent memomry if high-hold PSU is not installed.
Workaround
Install high hold PSUs.
Systems affected
PowerEdge R840 and PowerEdge R940 with four socket system.
