NOTE: : For information about updating iDRAC firmware using various interfaces, see the iDRAC 3.21.21.21 User's Guide available at www.dell.com/idracmanuals.

  1. Go to www.dell.com/support/home/products/ser_stor_net.

    NOTE: : If you want to enter the Service Tag of your system, close the pop-up window and enter the Service Tag on the main web page.

  2. Select your product type and then select your system model.
  3. On the product support page, click Drivers & downloads.
  4. Select the appropriate operating system.
  5. From the list, locate the iDRAC entry and click the download icon.
