Clearing Earlier ActiveX Versions in IE8
To clear earlier versions of Active-X viewer for IE8, do
the following:
- Close the Video Viewer and Internet Explorer browser.
- Open the Internet Explorer browser again and go to and click Enable or Disable Add-ons. The Manage Add-ons window is displayed.
- Select All Add-ons from the Show drop-down menu.
- Select the Video Viewer add-on and click the More Information link.
- Select Remove from the More Information window.
- Close the More Information and the Manage Add-ons windows.
