Certified cryptographic modules

iDRAC Service Module does not package or install any cryptographic modules. iSM uses the host operating system resident cryptographic modules and users can visit the NIST site to get the latest status of the CMVP certification status for the operating systems.

iDRAC Service Module supports the following operating systems:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2019
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2022
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.6
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.0
  • SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP4

  • VMware vSphere (ESXi) 6.7 U3

iDRAC Service Module supports the following Real-time Operating Systems(RTOS):
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.6
