SMT report permission table
Permissions for working with creating and viewing reports for Tenants and Tenant Units depend on the role of the user in both DDMC and on the DD OS.

user can view only templates or reports that they created.
2 Only DDMC
admin should be allowed to create Tenant report template.
3 DDMC
user is not allowed to manually create a Tenant report template.
4 If the reports of a DDMC
user are deleted, that user is warned, and the reports are re-created and tagged for that user only.
