Configuring NIS servers
You can manually configure NIS servers, or you can obtain them from DHCP (dynamic host configuration protocol). When you manually configure them, you can add, modify, or delete servers.
Steps
- Click the Settings button (the gear icon) in the DDMC banner, then select .
- Click the NIS tab.
- In the NIS Servers area, select Manual.
- To add a server, click Add (green plus sign) and specify a name.
- To delete a server, select the server, then click Delete (red X).
- Select Apply.
