Device recovery information

To access the device recovery information, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Wyse Management Suite.
  2. Go to the Devices tab.

  3. Click the Recovery Partition Status dropdown in the filter menu.

    Major Changes, Minor Changes, and No Change options are displayed in the dropdown list.
    Devices with no changes to their recovery partitions status are categorized as No Change with a green dot.

    Devices with minor changes to their recovery partitions are categorized as Minor Changes with an orange hollow dot.

    Devices with significant changes to their recovery partitions are categorized as Major Changes with a red hollow dot.

    If there is no recovery partition present in the DHC device, the recovery partition status is displayed as Recovery not available.

    NOTE:To get an imitated update on recovery partition changes, send a query to the respective device through Wyse Management Suite.
