Configuring Multi Display Settings from Wyse Management Suite

You can configure Multi Display Settings from Wyse Management Suite.

1. Go to Advanced tab.
2. Click Single/Multi Display settings under Peripheral Management.
3. Enable Multi Monitor Configurations.

   

4. In Monitor Mode, you can select any of the two options:
   • Mirror Mode: If you want to see same content across two monitors, then Mirror Mode must be selected. Mirror mode is applied only when two monitors are plugged. Mirror Mode is applicable when exactly two monitors are connected.

     

   • Span Mode: When you want to use multiple displays with different content, then Span mode must be selected.

     

     You must configure the following options:

     1. Select Primary Monitor: Dell Hybrid Client supports up to 6 Monitors.
        1. You must set the primary monitor before configuring other monitors under the Multiple Display Configuration tab.
        2. You must check if the selected primary monitor is not selected in the Monitor identifier section under Multiple Display Configuration tab.

           Example: If you have 4 monitors, then one is primary and other three is selected under Monitor identifier in Multiple Display Configuration tab.

           

     2. Monitor identifier:
        1. You must select Monitors for setting up Resolution, Rotation, and Position.
        2. You must check if the primary monitor is not selected under the Monitor identifier.
     3. Monitor Resolution: Dell Hybrid Client supports up to 4K Monitors.
        1. If you want to change your monitor resolution, then you must select one from the drop-down list.
        2. If an unsupported monitor resolution is selected, then that monitor goes to DDC.

           

     4. Rotation:
        1. You can provide the orientation of the selected monitor by selecting Portrait or Landscape under Rotation.

           

     5. Span Position:
        1. You must select position at which the monitor must be displayed in reference with Align to section. For more information about how to set Span Position, see example.

           

     6. Align to:
        1. You must input span position according to which monitor. For more details, check example section.
           NOTE: Ensure Span Position and Align to details are precise to Monitor setup. Refer below examples of not Precise config according to Multi Monitor setup.
