Configure the URI Printer Settings

You can configure the URI printer settings using Wyse Management Suite.

  • Enter the name of the printer in the Name field.
  • Enter the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) in the URI field. For example, lpd://uncpath or ipaddress/Queuename.
  • Enter the installed driver name in the Model field.
  • Click the Enable toggle key to enable the device to access the printer.
  • Click the Default toggle key to set the printer as the default printer.
  • Enter the description for your printer in the Description field.
  • Enter the network path where the printer is located in the Location field.
