Dell Hybrid Client version 2403 Administrator's Guide
Request log files using Wyse Management Suite
The device will be enabled to pull the log file using Wyse Management Suite. When this method is used, all the required logs are pulled to the Wyse Management Suite server.
Steps

Go to the
Devices page, and click a particular device.
The device details are displayed.
- Click the Device Log tab.
- Click Request Log File.
- After the log files are uploaded to the Wyse Management Suite server, click the Click here link, and download the logs.
