• start-time — 设置初始 SPF 延迟（以毫秒为单位），从 1 到 600000；默认值 1000。
• hold-time — 设置两个 SPF 计算之间的额外保留时间，从 1 到 600000；默认值 10000。
• max-wait — 设置两次 SPF 计算之间的最长等待时间，从 1 到 600000；默认值 10000。

• start-time — 1000 毫秒
• hold-time — 10000 毫秒
• max-wait — 10000 毫秒

如果未指定开始时间、保存时间或最大等待值，则将使用默认值。此命令的 no 版本会移除已配置的 SPF 计时器，并在 OSPF 实例中禁用 SPF 限制。
