Creating a service account

To access the Google cloud API, create a service account.

1. In the GCP console, go to the IAM & Admin page and select Service Accounts.
2. Click Select a Project and select your project from the drop-down list.
3. Click Create service account.
4. Enter Service Account Name, Service Account ID, and Description.
5. Click Save.
6. In the Grant this service account access to project section, click the Select a Role drop-down menu. In the dialog box, select Custom in the left pane, and select the Custom role (created previously) in the right pane.
7. Click Done.
