Collect output files

Update the script to send any output files to the new location, /hoststorage/ instead of the old location, /opt/dataiq/maunakea/data/plugins/<plugin>/ or /opt/dataiq/maunakea/data/plugins/<plugin>/output/

Legacy plugins originally used files written to the host system to output collected results from cron jobs or other large operations. In DataIQ 2.0, users will find these files on the DataIQ host at: /opt/dataiq/maunakea/data/plugins/<plugin>/.

The plugins themselves will see a different directory, and must write their output files to: /hoststorage/

These two directories are the only link between the plugin and the DataIQ host, and plugins must write here in order to be visible on the DataIQ host. This mapping is subject to change in later DataIQ versions, though a tool will be in place by then to assist browsing the plugin hoststorage.

Legacy plugins have historically used an outputs directory underneath those paths. It is up to the plugin author to write to the correct location, though it is still recommend that legacy plugins continue to do this.

While browsing this directory, you may notice that this directory contains everything that we packaged earlier. This is correct, and the plugin manager indeed extracts our archive to this directory. The mapping back into the plugin is live- and interested parties can debug their legacy plugin scripts without needing to delete and reinstall the plugin.
