users testemail

Use the users testemail command to send a test email message to a user. You can then contact the intended user to verify that the email message was received. A configured email server and enabled email support is required to send the test email message. The security officer can send test email messages for all users; an admin user can send a test email message for their own account.

Syntax

 crcli users testemail --username <name>   

Parameters

--username, -u <name>
(Required) The name of the intended recipient of the email message

Example

[root@cr-system]# crcli users testemail --username PPitstop

Test email sent successfully to: PPitstop
