Warning system alerts

The following table lists the Cyber Recovery system alerts with a Warning severity.

1012 The policy cannot be modified at this time. Cannot modify the policy because a job for the policy is running. Verify that no jobs for the policy are running before you modify the policy.
1013 The vault is Secured. The vault has been secured. No further operations can run at this time.
  1. Resolve the issues that caused the vault to be secured.
  2. Release the vault to resume Cyber Recovery operations.
1014 Unable to perform the requested action for the policy. There is already an active job for this action for this policy.
  1. The current job for this policy must complete before you can request another action.
  2. Verify the status and details of the running job.
1015 Unable to remove the repository that is associated with the compliance-mode policy. The repository that is associated with a compliance-mode policy cannot be deleted as the storage system prohibits deletion of a compliance-enabled repository. There is no remedy.
1017 The Cyber Recovery license is about to expire. The Cyber Recovery license is about to expire.
  1. Locate the Instance Id of the Cyber Recovery software.
  2. Acquire the license file from Dell Technologies.
  3. Activate the license by using the license file.
1020 Cyber Recovery Policy removed from the system. The Cyber Recovery Policy has been removed from the system.
  1. The Data Domain replication context that is associated with this policy will no longer be synchronized.
  2. If this is not your intention, create a new policy to manage this replication context.
1022 Unable to start the Cyber Recovery job. The system is in an unknown state. Verify all services are running.
1023 The system cleaning schedule encountered errors when removing expired resources. The scheduled system cleanup job failed. The cleaning schedule encountered one or more errors when removing expired jobs, alerts, events, snapshots, copies or DR backups.
  1. Check for alerts about removing expired resources in the alerts and events page using the job ID.
  2. Check for storage alerts about removing snapshots or copies in the storage category in the alerts and events page using job ID.
  3. Check the permissions for the files in the copies that you are unable to delete.
  4. Check the logs for errors related to the cleaning expired resources.
1024 Unable to set an SSH key on this host in the vault. CR will use user account credentials to connect to the server host.
  1. Make sure there is network connectivity to the host.
  2. Make sure the user account credentials allows you to update SSH keys.
1025 The vault lock has been manually released. The vault lock has been manually released. Normal vault operations may now resume. Secure the vault if this release was not intended.
1027 Could not revert the virtual machine snapshot. Could not revert the virtual machine snapshot during application recovery cleanup.
  1. Ensure that the vault virtual machine is in the correct recovery state before running the next recovery.
  2. If unsure of the correct recovery state, refer to the Dell PowerProtect Cyber Recovery Product Guide.
1032 Analysis capacity fully consumed. Application selected for point-in-time copy analysis has reached licensed capacity for Analysis. Ensure that the application selected for analysis has the correct licenses.
1035 Unable to perform to cancel request for analyze job. The cancel request cannot be completed. Analyze job may already completed for this copy.
1036 Unable to perform the server DR backup job. The request to initiate the server DR backup job failed; one or more jobs might be in the Running or Canceling state.
  1. Schedule the server DR backup in the window where no other jobs are running.
  2. Wait for other jobs to complete and then schedule the server DR backup job.
1041 Password is about to expire. Password is about to expire. Change your password: In the UI, go to User Settings on the masthead navigation. Click Change Password and change the password based on the password policy. In the CRCLI, run the 'crcli users modify --username xxx --password' command and change the password based on the password policy.
1044 Failed to send email due to incorrect configuration settings. Failed to send email due to incorrect configuration settings.
  1. In the UI, go to System Settings on the masthead navigation. Click Support -> Mail Settings. If mail server support is enabled, make sure that the mail server, port, and credential values are correct. You can also use the CRCLI by running the 'crcli system email' command. If you are an admin user, contact the security officer to update these settings.
  2. Make sure that the email domains are in the allowable domains list. Click Support -> Mail Settings to check domain restrictions or use the 'crcli system email' command.
  3. If this error is TLS-related, verify that the mail server supports and is configured for TLS. If TLS is not supported or configured, disable TLS (this setting is strongly discouraged because all email messages to the direct/relay server are sent in plain text). In the UI, go to System Settings on the masthead navigation. Click Support -> Mail Settings and disable TLS. You can also use the CRCLI by running the crcli system email --disabletls command.
1045 The log is not included in the support bundle. Check the details for more information about the failure log. Multiple factors might cause this alert. Verify that all Cyber Recovery services are up and running by using the docker ps -a command on the Cyber Recovery host.
1046 Failed to create the complete support bundle. Check the details for more information about the failure log. Multiple factors might cause this alert. Verify that the data is available and that all Cyber Recovery services are up and running by using the docker ps -a command on the Cyber Recovery host.
1047 Failed to secure the complete support bundle. Check the details for more information about the failure log. Verify system permissions.
1048 Failed to remove support bundle. Check the additional details for more information. Verify the system permissions.
1049 The system detected and deleted an inconsistent support log bundle. Check the additional details for more information. Contact support if you continue to see this problem.
1050 The system cannot access support log bundle. Check the additional details for more information.
  1. Verify log folder has proper permissions.
  2. Contact support if you continue to see this problem.
1053 Unable to perform the multilink configuration job. The request to initiate the multilink configuration job failed; A multilink configuration job for the same application asset might be in the Running or Canceling state. Wait for the other multilink configuration job to complete then retry.
1054 Unable to create jobs report. Failed to generate the report as no jobs found in specified time range.
  1. Check if there are any jobs in the specified time range or report duration.
  2. Check job filter settings.
1060 A multilink object definition, which was missing on the Cyber Recovery system, has been automatically configured on the Cyber Recovery system to match a configuration found on the CyberSense system. The CyberSense monitoring thread detected that a multilink object definition exists on the CyberSense system but does not exist on the Cyber Recovery system. A multilink object definition was configured on the Cyber Recovery system to match the CyberSense system.
  1. In the UI, go to the CyberSense assets page and use the Edit/Configure option for the Interface Links to view the configured multilink object definition and verify that it is valid.
  2. If the multilink object is NOT valid, modify it with the correct links or delete it.
1061 Report recipient emails have restricted domains. One or more report recipient emails specified have restricted domains.
  1. In the UI, go to the Scheduled Reports page.
  2. Select the schedule and click Edit.
  3. Change the email addresses in the report schedules to email addressees that have allowable domains.
1066 Unable to obtain CyberSense license information. Failed to obtain CyberSense license information.
  1. Verify that the CyberSense servers are running by using the ping command and that you can connect to the CyberSense host by using SSH manually.
  2. Verify that the CyberSense version is version 8.4 or later.
  3. Verify that the license file is uploaded by going to Admininstration > System > Licenses in the CyberSense UI.
1070 Email TLS is disabled Email TLS is disabled. This setting is not recommended and all email communication form Cyber Recovery to the direct mail server is sent in clear text.
  1. Configure TLS on mail server. For more information, see the installation guide.
  2. In the UI, go to System Settings on the masthead navigation. Click Support -> Mail Settings and enable TLS. You can also use the CRCLI by running the crcli system email --enabletls command.
1071 Email support is disabled Email Support is disabled after upgrade. Mail or relay server is not configured .
  1. Configure the mail or relay server. For more information, see the installation guide.
  2. In the UI, go to System Settings on the masthead navigation. Click Support > Mail Settings and configure the mail/relay server You can also use the CRCLI by running the crcli system email enable command. If using Postfix configured on the Cyber Recovery host. use the Cyber Recovery hostname or IP address as the relay server.
1072 Email settings are misconfigured Email settings are misconfigured. The mail server is not configured.
  1. Configure the mail server or disable email support. For more information, see the installation guide.
  2. In the UI, go to System Settings on the masthead navigation. Click Support > Mail Settings and configure the mail server or disable email notifications. You can also use the CRCLI by running the crcli system email command.
