Create SMPT credentials

Create the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) settings.

Steps

  1. In the SES page, click Account dashboard on the left.
  2. Scroll down to the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) settings.
  3. Click Create SMTP credentials.
    The AWS IAM page is displayed.
  4. Supply a username or keep the default name provided by AWS and click Create.
  5. Click Show SMTP Security Credentials.
  6. Record the SMTP security credentials.
    You need these credentials for the next step of the procedure.

Configure the Cyber Recovery setting to use email.
