Removing display bezel

Steps

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the:
    1. microSD card
    2. base cover
    3. battery
    4. display assembly
  3. To remove the display bezel:
    1. Remove the Mylar caps that cover the screws securing the display bezel to the display assembly.

    2. Remove the 4 (M2x3.5) screws that secure the display bezel to the display assembly.

    3. Pry the edges to release the display bezel from the display assembly.
