PDF

Find expiration information about evaluation or subscriptions through email or notifications

You can find out when your evaluation period or subscription is due to expire by checking in APEX AIOps Observability. You can also configure notifications in Dell APEX Navigator for Multicloud Storage to send you an email about your evaluation or subscription status.

To find evaluation or subscription expiration dates through notifications, you can check the following areas:

  • From Dell APEX Navigator for Multicloud Storage, select Manage > Cloud Deployments. Next to the name of the Dell APEX Storage for Public Cloud system for AWS, a license expiry notification symbol is displayed. Hover over the symbol to find the expiration date for the evaluation or subscription. A yellow warning symbol appears when it is about to expire within 60 days and a red symbol appears when the license is already expired.
    • On the APEX AIOps Observability home page, the license widget has a GO TO ENTITLEMENTS AND SYSTEM LICENSES link that takes you to the Entitlements and System Licenses page for details.
    • On the APEX AIOps Observability home page, the Entitlement Expiration section of the page shows system license expirations. You can also use the left menu Admin > Licenses to get to the same Licenses page.
  • On the APEX AIOps Observability home page, select Monitor > Infrastructure, and set the view to inventory. Then locate your system in the list to view the evaluation or subscription expiration date for that system.
