Issues with selecting storage class in CSM deployment
For the "Select storage class" stage of CSM deployment, when the
apply SC individually option is selected, you need to apply the storage class configuration individually. You can apply the storage class configuration by clicking the individual storage systems on the left navigation column.
Issues with installing modules
- When a cluster is not displayed in the Select clusters stage of CSM deployment, check connection status, license assignment, and any existing driver installation.
- If the install modules option is disabled from the row action options, then verify connection status, license assignment, and remove any existing driver installation.
- If you see a
try again pop-up notification when installing a module, it means the clusters are not loaded properly. Click
try again or refresh the page.
Issues with reinstalling Application Mobility
Uninstalling CSM from a cluster does not remove Kubernetes secrets. This will create a conflict when trying to reinstall Application Mobility on a cluster that previously had it installed. To resolve this, manually delete the related 'cloud-creds' Kubernetes secret on the cluster in question.
