Create a template for storage class

Steps

  1. Click New in the storage class template field.
  2. Provide the following information for the template:
    • SC template name
    • Volume binding mode
    • FS type.
  3. Configure the storage class with these options:
    • Storage Class name - Specify which storage class is used by the CSM module
    • Storage Pool - Specify which storage pool of the Dell storage system the CSM module uses
    • Default - This option is preselected from select storage systems page
  4. Click Apply. A green banner is displayed confirming that the storage class has been successfully applied to the cluster.
  5. Click Continue.
