Edit a storage system
About this task
Use the following procedure to edit storage system parameters, for example, name and IP address.
NOTE:Edits do not alter the PowerFlex storage system. The edits are only reflected within the web page. Edits to the storage system do not affect the previous driver installations. Only new installations reflect edited storage system information.
Steps
- Select the Storage tab.
- Within the storage systems grid, find the storage system that you want to edit, click the ellipses (...) under the Actions column, and click Edit.
- Edit the information as required. For PowerFlex only, if required, update the list of metadata management addresses using commas or a new line.
- Click Update. The storage system is displayed with the updated information.
