Receiving automated support with secure connect gateway
The Secure Connect Gateway is an optional Dell Services offering that automates technical support for your
Dell Technologies node, storage, and networking devices. Installation of the Secure Connect Gateway application in your IT environment provides the following benefits:
Automated issue detection - secure connect gateway monitors your devices and automatically detects hardware issues, both proactively and predictively.
Automated case creation - When an issue is detected, secure connect gateway automatically opens a support case with Dell Technical Support.
Automated diagnostic collection - secure connect gateway automatically collects system state information from your devices and uploads it securely to Dell. Dell Technical Support uses this information to troubleshoot the issue.
Proactive contact - A Dell Technical Support representative contacts you about the support case and helps you resolve the issue.
