Dell Technologies for technical support. The system diagnostics test allows you to troubleshoot the system hardware without requiring more equipment or risking data loss. If you are unable to fix the issue yourself, service and support personnel can use the diagnostics results to help resolve the issue.
The Dell Embedded System Diagnostics, also known as Enhanced Preboot System Assessment (ePSA) diagnostics, provides options for particular device groups or devices that allow you to:
Run tests automatically or in an interactive mode.
Repeat tests
Display or save test results.
Introduce more test options for extra information about the failed devices, run a thorough test.
View status messages that inform you of tests that are completed successfully.
View messages that inform you of issues encountered during testing.
