Procedure

  1. Remove the screw that secures the hard-drive assembly to the chassis.
  2. Slide the hard-drive assembly towards the back of the computer to disconnect the hard drive from the system board.
  3. Lift the hard-drive assembly off the chassis.

  4. Remove the screws that secure the hard-drive bracket to the hard drive.
  5. Lift the hard drive off the hard-drive bracket.
