Select physical disks for creating VDs
Steps
- Enter the Dell PERC 12 Configuration Utility. See, Navigating to the Dell PERC 12 configuration utility.
- Click .
- Click Select Physical Disks.
- Select the media type. For example, SSD, HDD, or both. Based on your selection, the drives are displayed for creating RAID drives.
- Select the interface type. For example, SAS, SATA, or NVMe.
- Select the logical sector size. For example, 512B, 4KiB, or both.
