You can browse a list of self-help FAQs and other tasks that you can perform on your own using SupportAssist.
To view the self-help FAQs, go to the Support page, and click Get started in the View common issues card. The I want to troubleshoot my PC section is displayed where you can review the Blue Screen error, and get help if your PC is running slower than it used to or if your PC is having connectivity issues.
